The Line – CLASSIC

The popular CLASSIC line of the German manufacture Mühle offers tradition in top form. The light bulbous CLASSIC shaving brush is a timeless classic and available in various ring sizes: Small (19mm), medium (21mm) and large (23mm). The trim is hand-made, being either the vegan hair quality Silvertip Fibre® or natural premium shaving quality Silvertip badger hair. The fine shaving brush makes for a rich and creamy foam and massages the skin in a soft way.

The Material – Olive Wood

The especially strong olive wood is not only known for its excellent water-resistance but also its harmonic graining. Since ancient times, olive wood is valued for its great materialistic properties and its warming color scheme. It can be found in the entire Mediterranean area and has been crafted into utensils and artful objects for centuries. The woods used by Mühle have to be dried for months in advance. Only after this procedure the wood can be turned, the surface polished, sieged with oil and polished to a silky gloss. This emphasizes the soft and honey-colored graining of the wood.

The Brush Silvertip Fibre®

The premium synthetic fibre serves as a global innovation of the MÜHLE-production. With Silvertip Fibre®, the long-established company offers synthetically produced premium quality, of which the materialistic properties can be seen as equally valuable as precious natural silvertip badger hair. The also hand-made fibers are less sensitive than natural hair, due to their quick drying and their high resistance to shaving soap and shaving cream.
