The protection of your personal data is a matter of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data only in compliance to the statutory provision (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In the following data protection information, we will inform you about the main aspects of data processing in terms of our website.
Contact with us
When you contact us by form on the website or by e-mail, your stated data will by saved for six months for processing and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on your data without your permission.
Data storage
We want to inform you that for the simple purchase process and for later contract processing of the web shop-provider in terms of cookies, the IP-data of the subscriber is saved, such as the name and the address of the buyer.
Furthermore, the following data is saved by us in terms of contract processing: Telephone number and e-mail address. The data which you supply us is required for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of precontractual measures. Without these data we cannot enter into a contract with you. A data transmission to third parties will not occur, with the exception of the transmission of the credit card data to the settling bank institutions/payment service providers for the debit of the purchase price, to the from us instructed transport companies/shipping companies for the delivery of the items and to our tax consultant to fulfill his tax-law obligation.
After cancellation of the shopping process, your saved data will be deleted. In case of a conclusion of a contract all data of the contractual relationship until the expiry of the taw law retention period (7 years) will be saved.
The data name, address, bought items and date of purchase will be saved until the expiry of the product liability (10 years). The data processing takes place on terms of the statutory provisions of the § 96 Abs 3 TKG such as the Art 6 Par 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contractual fulfillment) of the DSGVO.

Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. The privacy of our clients being important to us, we pseudonymize user data.

You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter. Therefore, we require your e-mail address and a confirmation in which you ensure that you agree to receiving the newsletter.
In order to supply you with purposeful information, we request and process also voluntarily added information on your gender and postcode.
