The Ingénue Cousin – The Story
With her big eyes Cousine Flora reflects the innocence of her whole family. Always polite to the elderly and always on time for riding school, she resembles a wavering angel around her madame mother. (She is the sweetest and youngest cousin of Duchess Rose). At all times a reliable witness for her twin brother Matthew’s actions. Diligent and exact with her descriptions, the young madame tries to help in any way possible. Thereby one thing can easily be overseen: With her outstanding virtue, her meticulousness, her own mishaps can be optimally kept a secret.<

Cousin Floras Pigeon Head
The pigeon represents Flora’s purity and meticulousness. Every seal is made and polished by hand.
Completed in detail is the packaging of the portraits, which is derived of the feather of the multiply rewarded Icelandic artist Kristjana S. Williams. The graduate of the well-known Central Saint Martins College in London has therefore equipped Victorian paintings with contemporary illustrations and colors. Thus, the portrait-characters on magical ground fuse with their exotic creatures.
