This classic Soliflore is sweet, fresh and graceful. Considered by industry experts to be one of the finest lily of the valley fragrances, it is a deceptively complex interpretation of the delicate flower. Opening with warm soft touches of citrus and bergamot, its heart of overflowing with the beguiling scent of creamy white flowers; rose, ylang ylang, jasmine and lily of the valley. The sandalwood and oakmoss in the base strengthen the composition, giving it persistence and staying power.
You can imagine the delicate Lily of the Valley bells swaying in a woodland glade, rivers and trees nearby, under a clear blue sky. This is classic Lily of the Valley but its interpretation by Penhaligon’s is strikingly modern. On some skins it develops a grassy hay-like quality, on others it is strikingly ‘white’, peppery and very elegant. Forever associated with the month of May, in the language of flowers it symbolises the return of happiness. Lily of the Valley was created in 1976.

Ingredients

The top notes of this cologne is bergamot, lemon and geranium. Followed by the heart notes, this consists of lily of the valley, rose, ylang ylang and jasmine. The base of this fragrance is oak moss and sandalwood.

Only a few drops on the neck or wrists are enough, so that the fragrance can develop. Lily of the Valley is a very long lasting Eau de Toilette, by using natural ingredients the fragrance spread again its fresh bouquet with each pulse beat.
