Manufactured in a lavish cold saponification process, the Hogwash soaps stand out for their care properties and calming of the skin. Made with the best ingredients, they give damaged skin some healing time and support the reactivation of the natural self-healing process. The secret of the nourishing Hoghwash recipe is simple: The soaps are only made with natural oils: Coconut oil, olive oil and shea butter. Moreover, the soaps are economical at use, they keep their solid form without becoming glibbery and elude a nice scent to the very last piece.

Hogwash Soap refrains from

The small label refrains from colorings, tensides such as sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and sodium lauryl ether sulfates (SLES), parabens, such as methylisothiazolinone (MI). In addition, all Hogwash products are free from palm oil and are not tested on animals.

Cold-stirred soaps

In contrary to regular soaps, the ingredients are mixed in a cold saponification process without additional heat. The saponification of premium fats and oils therefore does not occur during manufacturing, but at the post-ripening. This makes the ingredients keep their quality in order to unfold their effects on the skin.

Hogwash Soap – The Story

The founder of Hogwash Soap is Christine Keeley. The British founder has suffered from chronic skin problems and created nourishing recipes for herself and later for her own label. Her cold-stirred soaps with the Hogwash logo are manually factored in Great Torrington, North Devon and packaged in handmade fair trade lokta blossom paper, which is selected by Keeley.

Foam-up the soap and let the soap react for a moment. Then rinse with some warm water. Your skin is thoroughly cleansed and soft.
